Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
Black food coloring (optional for the spiderweb effect)
Chocolate sauce for decoration
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
Mix the butter and sugar in a large bowl until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
Fold the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until just combined.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly. Bake for about 25-30 minutes.
Prepare the topping by heating the white chocolate chips and heavy cream until melted and smooth. Add black food coloring if desired.
Pour the white chocolate mixture over the brownies and create a spiderweb pattern.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce for decoration and let it set before slicing.
Notes
Allow brownies to cool completely before adding the topping for best results.
